Project Partners is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment while ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our mechanical systems.

As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for executing mechanical maintenance tasks that enhance plant reliability, while adhering to safety, health, environmental, and financial objectives.

Your role will involve:

  • Promoting a safety-first culture to ensure the well-being of all employees and contractors.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to deliver exceptional mechanical maintenance services.
  • Implementing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules effectively within your designated area.
  • Working closely with the Planning Department to ensure the availability of necessary parts, labor, and equipment.
  • Engaging with the Reliability Department to analyze inspection results and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigating unexpected plant stoppages and providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance inspections to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Executing maintenance tasks during scheduled shutdowns efficiently.
  • Ensuring that maintenance quality and spare parts usage align with cost-effectiveness and reliability targets.
  • Building strong relationships with fellow Mechanical Team Members, Supervisors, and other departments to enhance overall plant performance.
