Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's specialist maintenance team. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and continuous running of the production line by safely maintaining manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventative and planned maintenance to equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform repairs to equipment as and when required, using your mechanical skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the shift team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and overtime, to meet the needs of the business.
