Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a caregiving environment
  • Oversee daily care delivery to ensure the needs of service users are met and manage operations in the absence of the Manager.
  • Accountable for the care, welfare, and safety of service users and the health and safety of staff.
  • Coordinate services and engage in reviews, adjusting person-centred support plans to align with individual needs.
  • Conduct regular supervisions with team members.
  • Act as a mentor for staff and facilitate regular team meetings.
  • Participate in the recruitment of staff within an equal opportunities framework when necessary.
  • Hold a Health & Social Care Level 3 Qualification
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively engage with our Service Users
