Project Director - Life & Pensions Software Delivery

Sapiens UK is seeking a seasoned software implementation Project Manager to join our team of Life & Pensions software delivery experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality project delivery while prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the delicate balance of ensuring profitable growth of Sapiens' business in a defined account/territory.
  • Execute the role effectively and efficiently to govern the overall business performance of the company.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of management experience in service delivery within a global enterprise software solutions company.
  • Background in the Life & Pensions Insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Proven experience of leading international clients and engagement teams through the delivery of complex software solutions.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to play a trusted advisor to C-level customer executives.
