About the Role

We are seeking a Programme Delivery Director to join our team. As a Programme Delivery Director, you will be responsible for leading our programme delivery function, ensuring that our programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with our project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure that our programmes are aligned with our business objectives and that we are delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the programme delivery function, ensuring that programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure that programmes are aligned with business objectives and that value is delivered to customers.
  3. Develop and implement programme management processes and procedures to ensure that programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  4. Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure that programme delivery is integrated with other business functions, such as operations, maintenance, and customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in programme management, with a track record of delivering complex programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and other teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
