Programme Initiation and Governance
===========================

As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the initiation and governance of programmes, including the development and management of ongoing business cases. You will lead and manage the development of programme and project assurance processes, governance, and standards. Additionally, you will lead and manage programme workstreams, including procurement, integration deliverables, and business change. You will also be responsible for the selection and management of third-party suppliers from a solution delivery perspective, ensuring that requirements are met. Furthermore, you will manage consultants and third-party delivery partners, including the specification of requirements, recruitment, contract management, and performance and delivery. Budget management is also a key aspect of this role. You will plan, lead, and monitor the portfolio and individual project progress in line with Office of Government Commerce best practice standards, including programme governance.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage ongoing business cases
