About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and respectful individual to join our team as a Social Care Worker in Adult Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying abilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to individuals in a variety of settings, ensuring they receive high standards of care and support to maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide the highest quality of care, including intimate personal care, developing daily living skills, training, social activities, and other meaningful activities.
  • Evidence the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) core values of Respect, Collaboration, Participation & Dignity, and Empowerment.
