About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of services within the community to help individuals meet their needs and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet the needs of adults in the community
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families to help them access community resources
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Experience of working with adults in a social care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £32-£38 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. This contract is for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. We also offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
