About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and services to adults in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out assessments and reviews to identify the needs of adults and develop care plans to meet those needs.
  • Work with adults and older people to provide support and guidance, and to help them achieve their goals.
  • Manage your own caseload and prioritize tasks to ensure that all responsibilities are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure that care plans are implemented effectively.
  • Write reports and maintain accurate records to document service user interactions and care plans.
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly, under direction and independently where necessary.
  • Member of the PVG scheme.
