Role Overview

The Opportunity.

As a Luxury Retail Supervisor, you will deliver an outstanding level of personalized service to our clientele, utilizing your extensive product and brand knowledge to inspire and exceed customer expectations. A genuine passion for luxury retail and a commitment to providing a world-class client experience are essential. You will mentor and develop team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure the completion of all operational responsibilities. This position includes eligibility for commission on sales, a retail incentive program, and a generous employee discount on products. Continuous training, coaching, and support will be provided, along with numerous opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Deliver a premium shopping experience to all customers, showcasing exceptional product knowledge and expertise.
  • Confidently make recommendations to meet sales targets.
  • Drive and achieve both individual and team objectives, taking accountability for your sales performance and KPIs.
  • Exhibit a passion for the industry and current trends.
  • Proactively enhance your own product knowledge through brand resources, educational materials, and training sessions.
  • Engage with clients to foster customer loyalty.
  • Inform clients about new product lines, offerings, and in-store events.
  • Organize and execute in-store events in collaboration with the store and brand representatives.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising within the store.
  • Adhere to company grooming policies and maintain exceptional personal presentation at all times.
  • Assist with inventory counts and other operational tasks.
  • Promote the brand positively, ensuring a strong company image at all times.
  • Lead by example to support and mentor the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the store management team.
  • Build strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Actively participate in team activities to contribute to store goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Champion our corporate culture and values.
