About the Role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the spa, providing a warm and welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
  • Coordinate and manage spa appointments, scheduling treatments and services while accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services, promotions, and facilities
  • Assist with taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests in the spa
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including processing payments, handling phone calls, and maintaining client records

About You

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a proven background in spa or hospitality services. You will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
