About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality service to customers
  • Manage the cafe bar operations, including inventory, stock control, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
