About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage staff rotas, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
