Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled Radiographer to lead the team at our Community Diagnostic Centre. As a key member of our Cobalt team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team of Radiographers and other staff at the Community Diagnostic Centre to ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of imaging results.
  • Collaborate with medical physicists and other stakeholders to ensure the safe and effective use of imaging equipment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure their professional development and growth.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within Cobalt to ensure seamless service delivery and patient care.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of Radiographers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to diagnostic imaging.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
