About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with our designated portfolio, providing customers with information and guidance on our products and services, and gaining intelligence on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular contact with your designated portfolio to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide customers with information and guidance on our products and services, including our range of industrial maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products and services.
  • Gather intelligence on customer requirements and input this information into our CRM system.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and quotes in a timely manner.
  • Perform data inputting and administrative tasks as operationally required.

Requirements
