We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Field Sales Representative to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our client's products and services to customers in the doorstep market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans

Requirements:

  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Enhanced DBS check (organized on behalf)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven sales experience and track record of success
