Job Title: Family Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Nurse to join our team at NHS Fife. As a Family Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to families with young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to families with young children, including health promotion, education, and support.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, building trust and confidence in the care provided.
  • Conduct home visits and provide support to families in their own homes.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and services to ensure families receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Extensive experience of working with families and young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to families.
