Position Summary:
This role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on fire safety solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and functionality of fire alarm systems.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with an on-call rotation of one week in five. Overtime opportunities are available.

Compensation:
Annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £32,000, inclusive of a company vehicle and mobile device.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Conducting maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems.
  • Working with various alarm technologies, including hardwired, wireless, and hybrid systems.
  • Assisting in the servicing and installation of fire alarm systems.

Required Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations.
  • Proven experience with fire alarm systems.
  • Completion of FIA training, with a minimum of Foundation level.
  • Health and Safety certifications, including manual handling, asbestos awareness, working at heights, and first aid.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Ability to provide satisfactory references and undergo a DBS check.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with Cash for Windows software.
