Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess medical reports and liaise with healthcare professionals to establish eligibility for health insurance coverage.
  • Review and process new business applications, maintenance of existing membership, and special condition-related enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with customers to obtain relevant medical information and provide clear and concise decisions on their health insurance claims.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient claims processing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment with strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy on sensitive medical issues.
