About the Opportunity

We are partnering exclusively with a large, international retail brand to bring in an experienced agency Account Director to join their internal Account Management team. This team is responsible for managing all packaging projects for the brand.

About the Role

  • Work in the in-house Account Management team of 4, within the wider creative team of approximately 20.
  • Account manage on all packaging projects for the brand, taking briefings from product and marketing teams and managing the delivery through the in-house creative team.
  • Advise on strategy while still being a hands-on account management role.
  • Help set up processes for the team, as the account management team is relatively new and this role is new to the business.

About You

  • Experience in an agency Account Director level role or similar in-house agency set up in a large brand.
  • Retail and packaging experience is a must.
  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively, with tight deadlines and in an ambiguous environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at one time.
