We're looking for a charismatic and proactive Receptionist to join our team at Village Hotel Club in Bournemouth. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every visitor receives a warm and welcoming experience.

As a Receptionist, you'll be the hub of our hotel's activity, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and making recommendations to enhance our guests' stay. Your passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences will shine through in every interaction.
