Senior Operations Manager with Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund Expertise

We are working with OCR Alpha, a leading player in the financial industry, to hire for a newly created senior operations role. This position will be a key member of the team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the fund's day-to-day activities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in operations, with experience working in a multi-strategy hedge fund environment. They will be responsible for managing the fund's operations, including trade processing, risk management, and compliance.

- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Collaborate with the investment team to ensure seamless integration of investment strategies and operations
- Provide operational support to the trading and investment teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
