About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fund, ensuring seamless execution of trades, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the operations team to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the investment team to ensure alignment of operations with investment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trades, positions, and other relevant data
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in operations or a related field, preferably in the hedge fund industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
