Position Overview

In this role, you will oversee the strategic commercial growth and operational management of client relationships and service solutions for a designated portfolio of clients, representing Aptia with integrity at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts for a select group of key clients.
  • Supervise daily client and operational activities based on established KPIs.
  • Effectively understand and address client needs, manage risks, and comply with procedures.
  • Oversee financial aspects and provide necessary information for business operations and audits.
  • Act as the commercial lead for clients, implementing innovative financial and contractual solutions as needed.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in pension scheme administration.
  • Demonstrate specialized knowledge in Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
