Transaction Management Associate

Aldrich & Company Limited is seeking an exceptional Transaction Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Private Equity team, you will be responsible for managing the smooth and timely closing of Private Equity investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely exchange of KYC documentation and funding for new investments
  • Upload complete records of closing documentation to the document management system
  • Maintenance of correct contacts lists for all investments
  • Assist with notarisation of documents and procuring signatures as required
  • Assist with departmental data collection initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years' experience middle office support in investment documentation/ structuring and operations
  • Degree essential
  • Familiarity of the investment sector and general knowledge of private sector investing
  • Awareness of documentation of private transactions, company secretarial practices and the nuances of Private Equity transactions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deals at any given time
