Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker - Supported Living to join our team at Limes Place in Colne, Lancashire. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to adults, helping them live independently and access the community.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with medication and daily living tasks
  • Supporting service users to access the community and engage in activities
  • Providing emotional support and building relationships with service users
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our service users. You will need to be flexible and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. On-the-job training and professional qualifications will be provided.
