Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Part Time Support Worker - Supported Living to join our team at Limes Place. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs to live independently, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication management, personal care, and domestic duties.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in community activities, promoting social inclusion and participation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

  • No prior experience or qualifications are required, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
