We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Limes Place in Colne, Lancashire. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to adults, helping them live independently and access the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with medication, domestic tasks, and accessing community resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively to create a supportive and inclusive environment
