Job Summary:

Talent Finder Careers is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff member to join our team. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive member and guest experience
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the bar, including ordering and inventory management
  • Take the lead with part-time staff and cover for the Bar Manager in their absence
  • Ensure the bar is clean and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of work experience, with no prior bar experience required as full training will be given
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
