Retail Supervisor

About the role

As a Sunday Supervisor at Mind Retail, you will play a vital role in supporting the Shop Manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate the shop team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high shop standards.

You will be responsible for managing the shop's performance in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. Your leadership skills will be essential in driving positive change and creating a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

• can motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets
• has a strong customer focus and can provide exceptional customer service
• can manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• is passionate about retail and has a keen eye for detail
