Head of Wellbeing Services Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Wellbeing Services as Head of Wellbeing Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality wellbeing services.
About the RoleThe Head of Wellbeing Services will be responsible for leading the clinical response to senior leaders, board, and external commissioners. This will involve providing highly specialist psychological oversight of therapy delivered to people using our Wellbeing Services, developing new models of wellbeing interventions, and clinically supervising/line managing practitioners within our Wellbeing Services and Student Counsellors.
The successful candidate will have a professional qualification Registered Nurse Band 8a or above or a professionally recognised qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. They will also have experience of leading the clinical response to senior leaders, board, and external commissioners, as well as strong organisational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Providing highly specialist psychological oversight of therapy delivered to people using our Wellbeing Services
- Developing new models of wellbeing interventions
- Clincially supervising/line managing practitioners within our Wellbeing Services and Student Counsellors
- Contributing to audit, research, policy, and service development within the areas served by our Wellbeing Services
- Developing and delivering training in psychological therapies for staff working within our rehabilitation services
