Employee Benefits Administrator

We are seeking an experienced employee benefits administrator to support our client in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and client service within the employee benefits sector, with a focus on group pensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our client's employee benefits team
  • Administer group pensions and other employee benefits schemes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in employee benefits administration and client service
  • Strong knowledge of group pensions and employee benefits schemes
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with provider software and CRMs
  • Great team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
