About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Talent Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue through proactive lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust, and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Negotiation Prowess: A skilled negotiator able to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
  • Presentation Expertise: The ability to craft compelling presentations and proposals that leave a lasting impression.
  • Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with frameworks, bids/tenders, and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries with large product catalogs (e.g., Plant/Temporary Works Hire) is a plus.
