Position Overview:
We are seeking an Electrical Support Specialist to join our team at Verto People, focusing on automation solutions.

Role Summary:
The Electrical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and guidance to our sales team and clients. This position requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering and a passion for automation technology.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize your technical expertise to assist clients in selecting the appropriate products for their specific applications and provide ongoing support post-purchase.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to create precise and competitive quotations tailored to customer needs.
3. Offer in-depth knowledge of various electrical control and automation products, including but not limited to PLCs, variable speed drives, and electrical control gear.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and product developments to ensure the best service to our clients.
5. Foster strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to enhance collaboration and support.

Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with a structured schedule from Monday to Thursday and a shorter day on Friday.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000
• 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension scheme with employer and employee contributions
• Office-based role, requiring presence at our Milton Keynes location.

Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in a technical support or engineering role, ideally within the automation sector.
• Strong hands-on experience or technical knowledge of electrical systems, drives, and automation products is essential.
• A desire to transition from a hands-on role to a technical support position is highly regarded.
