Loss Prevention Specialist

Job Title: Loss Prevention AdvisorJob SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets. You'll work closely with the store team to investigate, analyze, and provide feedback to prevent loss and ensure a safe shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with the store team to provide coaching, validation, influence, and support to prevent loss
- Develop and implement effective conflict resolution strategies
- Collaborate with the store team to educate associates on Loss Prevention best practices
- Handle external theft situations professionally and safely
