Job Title: Loss Prevention Advisor

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Loss Prevention team. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Investigating and analyzing incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Working closely with store teams to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies
  • Providing coaching and training to associates on loss awareness and prevention best practices
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a loss prevention or security role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
