We are seeking a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber, Nurse or Pharmacist Prescriber to join our established team in Central London. As a key member of our Wellbeing Team, you will play a vital role in improving the wellbeing of individuals experiencing difficulties from drugs and alcohol use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with substance use issues, including opiate substitute treatment, alcohol and opiate detoxifications, and relapse prevention medications.
  • Work closely with mental health, physical health, and social care services to provide a collaborative approach to care.
  • Develop creative, flexible, and tailored support packages to meet the needs of each individual.
