Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical expertise and input into the care of patients within our hospital.
About the Role
This is a full/part-time role for XX hours a week, with part-time hours also available. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. We are looking for a GPHC Registered Pharmacist who has completed or is due to complete a post-graduate diploma in clinical pharmacy or CPPE Pharmacists in General Practice programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical expertise and input into the care of patients within our hospital, supporting the pharmacy department to deliver an excellent medicine management service.
- Supervise the procurement, preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines, while supervising junior staff members in the delivery of the medicine management service.
- Assume responsibility for clinical service as identified.
- Facilitate the daily running of the pharmacy department, providing a safe and effective medicines management service to all patients, staff, consultants, and customers.
