Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise dispensary operations to minimise dispensing losses
  • Ensure accurate handling and dispensing of all medicines, including NHS and private prescriptions
  • Comply with legal and professional requirements, as well as Company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Contribute to the delivery of pharmacy services as needed
  • Provide safe and accurate advice on medicines, including OTC medication, to customers and patients

Requirements:

  • A NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or Dispensing Assistant qualifications completed through a GPhC accredited route
  • Experience working in a community pharmacy, preferably with experience using Pharmacy Manager software
  • A valid NHS Smartcard

Important Notes:

  • Candidates must be available to start immediately or at short notice
  • A valid right to work in the U.K is required
  • A basic DBS check is necessary for this role
