Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Accuracy Checking Technician to join our busy Pharmacy team, providing professional services to our clients, patients, and healthcare providers.

Main Responsibilities
  • To ensure patient safety by following and promoting relevant SOPs and Company policy and procedure.
  • To efficiently check all information on dispensed patient orders, identifying and correcting any errors prior to the order leaving the pharmacy.
  • To work collaboratively with the dispensing team to ensure the efficient and safe running of the dispensary.
  • To maintain good housekeeping and comply with all communications from head office and others.
  • To contribute to HealthNet's commitment to continuous improvement by forwarding suggestions to appropriate persons.
  • To support the HealthNet Operation by helping in other departments during busy periods.
Requirements
  • Desirable: 1 year's experience in a Pharmacy setting.
  • NVQ3 Accuracy Checking Technician qualification.
  • Registration with the GPHC.
