Job Title: D365/NAV Client Support Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics NAV and D365 BC support consultant to join our team at Omni. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer support incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer support incidents related to Dynamics NAV and D365 BC
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our solutions
  • Work with multiple customers and systems, including Business Central and Dynamics NAV
  • Support 3rd party software within Business Central and Dynamics NAV
  • Produce scripted documentation for the knowledge base
  • Work with financially sensitive customer data in line with working practices
  • Attend meetings on customer site as required
  • Provide on-site support to customers as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Dynamics NAV and/or D365 BC
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dynamics NAV and D365 BC solutions
  • Previous software support experience highly desirable
  • ERP/Accounts experience preferable but not essential
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Database knowledge is preferable
  • Experience in working with BI products such as JET desirable
  • Knowledge of the operating systems and databases on which the solutions are deployed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
