Job Title: Dynamics Support Consultant

At Omni, we are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer services team, you will be responsible for resolving customer support incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer support incidents in line with our working procedures and customer SLA agreements.
  • Provide operational insight into the use of our products and resolve incidents in line with statistical requirements.
  • Support 3rd party software within Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
  • Produce scripted documentation for the knowledgebase.
  • Work with financially sensitive customer data in line with working practices.
  • Provide on-site support to customers as required.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required to criteria and timescales requested by line manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous software support experience highly desirable.
  • ERP/Accounts experience preferable but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Database knowledge is preferable.
  • Experience in working with BI products such as JET desirable.
  • Knowledge of the operating systems and databases on which our solutions are deployed.
  • Knowledge of tax/financial regulations would be beneficial.
