Job Title: Dynamics NAV Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics NAV Support Specialist to join our team at Pearson Carter. As a key member of our Microsoft Dynamics practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Work closely with project teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
