We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Community Mental Health Team, you will provide administrative support to our busy reception and admin teams, handling a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to service users, their families, and carers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents, utilizing our clinical record system, RiO.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, utilizing our bespoke booking system and Outlook room calendars.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, service users, and community partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent level of administrative experience).
- Relevant experience of working in an office environment.
- Relevant experience of undertaking office procedures with minimal supervision.
- Excellent typing skills, including audio-typing.
- Proficient in the use of computer packages, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to produce documents and reports to a high standard from handwritten and audio transcription.
- Ability to prioritize workload in order to meet conflicting demands and deadlines.
