About the Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional commercial results within Keltbray's Energy Transmission & Distribution Business. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing project delivery, commercial reporting, and maximizing profit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of application and credit control processes
  • Management of optimization of income
  • Management of all processes with regard to costing and forecasting

  • Input into the tendering process
  • Training an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
  • Working away from home 1 – 2 nights per week

About You

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a degree-educated or HND/HNC equivalent background. You should have substantial post-degree experience working in contracting commercial departments and be working towards a Professional Qualification. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract and be proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel).
