Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our team of project managers and oversee the planning and delivery of equipment installation projects at customer sites. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead a team of project managers and be responsible for planning and delivering projects on-time, to budget, and to high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Project Planning: Plan and coordinate the installation of equipment at customer sites, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated and that projects are delivered on-time.
- Customer Management: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met.
- Resource Management: Plan, allocate, and control project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Procurement: Purchase necessary equipment from suppliers and arrange delivery to sites.
- Performance Management: Liaise with the senior management team on performance and budgetary requirements.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the build and delivery sector.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of project managers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with customers and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
