Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Supervisor to join our team at Kinovo Plc. As an Operational Supervisor, you will be responsible for on-site management and supervision of Multi Trade activities, driving productivity by effective resource/workload planning of directly employed operatives (DLO's), and subcontractors of Multi Trades, ensuring high quality, timely and safe works order contract delivery and client/customer liaison and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to company process and administration systems, which includes maintaining documented records and reporting daily, weekly, monthly on performance related activities such as Health & Safety, inductions, method, risk & COSSH assessments, toolbox talks, quality audits/inspections.
- Manage and supervise a team of operatives within planned maintenance and reactive emergency works (Local Authority/Social Housing sector including occupied homes and voids).
- Develop and implement effective resource/workload planning to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure high quality, timely and safe works order contract delivery and client/customer liaison and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- IT competent
- Have a clean, full UK driving licence - company van provided
- Experience in multi trades and supervisory skills
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety regulations
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferable
