The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in fostering positive transformations within an organization, contributing to the establishment of a robust Health & Safety culture throughout the site. Collaboration with key stakeholders will be essential to nurture and sustain a proactive HSE environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior Health & Safety capacity within a large-scale organization that operates a diverse range of equipment and machinery.
  • A strong commitment to SHE principles with the ability to influence senior management and drive change across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong presentation abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Possession of a Diploma-level NEBOSH Health & Safety and Environmental qualification or an equivalent credential.
