Job Summary:

As a Field Service Engineer with Baxi Heating UK Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our domestic gas systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers with prearranged appointments to carry out routine maintenance and repairs on domestic gas systems.
  • Work from home, receiving daily appointments via a tablet device and utilizing a stocked van to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with our scheduling team to optimize service schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Valid gas safety certification and relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
