Barnardo's has been a leader in providing Children's Centres in Plymouth and currently manages several clusters of Emerging Family Hubs. As we continue to evolve, we are eager to expand our dedicated team of Family Support Specialists. This role will involve collaboration across various community hubs.
A valid driving licence and personal transportation are preferred, but we welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate their capability to navigate the city effectively without a vehicle; mileage reimbursements are available, and reasonable accommodations can be arranged as necessary.

Although the complete salary range is advertised, our policy for starting salaries is to offer positions at the lower to mid-range of the pay scale, ensuring that annual pay increases are available to recognize our employees' contributions to excellence and alignment with our core values.
